Winter Carnival

Aaron's boss does ice sculptures as a hobby and one saturday they were doing a big event thing in the park. Well he asked us if we could come and help. It was a lot of fun, Aaron and I threw some snow at each other, go figure I started it!!! :) We walked around and drank hot chocolate, We slid down the snowhill together, ok we rolled and it's becasue Aaron pushed me but I wouldn't let go of him. Anyways we went to help Jeff out so we took our turns with the shovels and we had to do the out line of an indian which ended up being a bear. We went by later to see what it looked like. it was amazing to me that we got to see the process of this.
What started out as an indian turned into a bear.
Aaron liked to awkwardly hug it! But it was fun definitely something I have never done before!

A little Late But Valentine's Day

We went home on Valentine's Day weekend so on Friday before we left I decorated Aaron's room while he was at work. I made him a nice big card, bought him a kite (that we still haven't used yet), and made him go for a hunt with the numbered hearts. Each heart just had a simple fact of why I love Aaron on it.

One of the hearts said I liked Aaron's chest, and they were growing because he has been working them out but really he is so small and flat that you couldn't tell a difference but I thought it was funny.

When Aaron reached the last of the hearts, we all got in the car and headed home. Another long 5 hour drive. But we tend to make it pretty fun. Kevin and Angela usually sit in the back and listen to their music while Aaron does a Sudoku puzzle and I stare at the road.

When we got home on Friday night I dropped them all off and went home. Saturday morning Aaron came to our house and we ran some errands and then came back to my house.
I don't have pictures of it but Aaron bought me a nice scrapbook with some paper, stickers. and other scrapbooking material. He also made the first page in my scrapbook. he was sneaky and had Britt sneak it up to my room when i wasn't paying attention. It was beautiful.
So it was my turn to surprise Aaron again. So that night I had my sisters put the meatloaf in the oven and I took Aaron to a few stores. I told him we had reservations somewhere but he couldn't know where so I made him blindfold himself while I drove him back to my house for a nice dinner.

Our night was fantastic! It was the first night in a long time that we got to sit down and enjoy a meal without being rushed. And it was his favorite and it was my first time making meatloaf. I thin our night turned out pretty good. Definitely something to remember. We had a great Valentine's Day.

The Fiance and I

this is one of the first times we hung out... and one of the only pictures we have where we are both smiling. nicole thinks blogging is important so now she wants to take more pics like this one...i kinda actually like blogging... no i don't... yes i do:)

Saturday Games

Aaron and Trae reffed 5 gmaes on Saturday. For their first time they did pretty good, especially when they had to deal with some rude coaches/fans/players. I think it was harder for Candice and I to have to sit and watch it because we heard a lot more then the boys did. But it was fun to go and be able to support them. They were the cutest refs we had ever seen. By the end of the five games they were ready to be done. but they made some good money.

The Ring

Here is a picture of the ring. I love it. Aaron couldn't have picked out a better one if he tried! I am not really into big and flashy but this one caught my eye and I think Aaron could tell. It's not like any other ring I have seen or liked. Aaron says it was made for my hand...lol something like that. But I do love it, and so does he.

First Blog!

This is our first POst... YEAH!!!!! We don't know a lot about this but we'll figure it out. When we do we will put some pictures up of the ring and proposal and a few other pics we have together... When I say few I really mean few... Aaron has a hard time smiling!
