Day 5

Today I am thankful for technology.
I am thankful that even though I live 2000 miles away from my family I am able to call them every day if I want and to skype with them and see them like we are right there.
I am thankful they still have glimpses of watching my kids grow.

Day 4

Today I am thankful for my health.
I recently was having headaches everyday for no reason, of course I went to the doc and they stopped. Praying they don't come back.
I am thankful that my body is healthy to do the things I like and to enjoy my family.
We have family friends that are going through some pretty major health issues, and it reminds me every day that life is precious and we need to be grateful for what we do have.
I'm also thankful for a healthy family.

Day 3

Thankful for our "home" away from Home.
We have been truly blessed while living in San Antonio to have met a lot of wonderful friends.
They have helped make it a little easier to live so far away from family.
We miss our family like crazy, but are grateful that we adjusted pretty well and were able to buy a home here to make lots of fun memories in.

Day 2

Today I am thankful to my Heavenly Father for allowing me and trusting me to be a mother to his sweet children.
My life has been truly blessed because of Braxton and Colton and I cannot imagine what I would do every day if I didn't get to spend it with them.

The month of thanks

Today I am thankful for my Husband, Aaron!
I cannot imagine my life without him and I don't ever want to.
He is truly my knight in shining armor.
He came into my life when I needed him most, and has stuck with me for over 5 years now.
We are truly blessed to have each other.

Trick or Treat!

Trick or treating was a hit!
Lots of good candy and the boys had loads of fun.

Family pictures

The Family picture hanging in my living room right now is this:
It's only almost 2 years old. Time for new ones. So here they are. Not very many Colton was whiny and Brax didn't nap.. but what can you expect of 2 little kids.
We love them anyways and will try again another day.

Carving Pumpkins

Braxton's 1st pumpkin Carving. Every other year we just painted them.

I put his hand in the slimy part and he didn't like it so much.

I asked him why he cried when we touched the slime, his response was "it scared me"
Colton was pretty excited as well to carve pumpkins but he didn't touch any of it.

 Braxton's pumpkin eye.

Colton did not like the slime on his feet.
Braxton and his pumpkin, had to post all of these because he pulls the funniest faces.
